"Came in as a new patient to have medication management. Frances Miller was extremely abrasive, aggressively and immediately contradicting everything I would say even though I had viable evidence and a referral from my current doctor, as well as a diagnosis dating back from childhood. She also Talked down every other doctor I had mentioned. we went back and forth multiple times. The vibe was very “I’m better than any other doctor and you as a patient have no idea what you’re talking about.” As well as rushing me out of her office while I was trying to talk. I felt extremely attacked for my disorders, causing an anxiety attack. Definitely not a safe place! The appointment was a prime example of being medically gaslit. Doctors like her that are argumentative, and condescending with an obvious superiority complex need to learn about modern mental health, they don’t try to understand neurodiversity in individuals, they just study it and use outdated textbooks as their perception on mental disorders. avoid going here!"

"Starts off nice, but when my doctor heard what I was on and what did and didn't work; she proceeded to fire me, and refuse services. What I thought was a good safe place.. is more like a joke and very sad. Mental Health!!!! Doctors don't give to cents about u! And they wonder why there is suicide rate growing. They don't want to help.. they just want insurance payoff. Don't bother or you could end up like me... a self check in because of her not wanting to work with me, or find something comparable. Save your self....so sad."
