"Dr. Barati is a good psychiatrist. He listens and works with you on your treatment plan. He took me from taking around 400 MG of my medication to only 150 MG of an extended release. And it has worked better for me. I wish he remembered me better every time he sees me but he only sees me once a year most of the time so I cannot blame him. The receptionist is actually a nice lady too which I can't say for most places."
"This office doesn't even deserve a star. I have called multiple times to give my sons insurance information to the office. I have a son who is suicidal and has been at a facility who can better care for him. I told the receptionist that the facility would be calling her because I can't give them any more information. That she will have to talk to them. She began yelling at me telling me that she was going to talk to me because I told her that she needed to talk to the lady calling her and she called me names and yelled. then hung up on me when I called back I asked to talk to her boss and she said Shantelle I'm not talking to you and I said that's fine I want to talk to your boss. She told me NO and hung up. I then called back and she picked up and hung up. This is not how you treat people when they are using you for help. This woman shouldn't be allowed to speak to people any way she feels."
"When I first started to go to their clinic I was seeing the APRN. I can't remember his name. He helped me somewhat. But suddenly retired and I had to start seeing Bharati. I think I seen him twice. On my last visit I told him what was going on and he just said I need to find a different doctor. I told him he wasn't a good doctor and walked out. That was the best thing to happen to me. I found a new center and they have helped me out. I would not recommend Bharati to anyone. I wouldn't even take my dog there. He isn't worth one star."
"He was very rude to my father when he came to get help- he had been prescribed xanex by his psychiatrist for 35 years and it was no longer working. My dad didn't want xanex, he wanted help with his mental health and Bharati treated him like an addict. He was rude, took him off the xanex way too fast and my dad had withdrawl symptoms because of it."
"They offer two different appointment times for group when you are trying to get clean. It's three days a week and for 3 hours. The times are form 10am-1pm and from 5pm-8pm. And you cannot be late so if you work til 5 like most people they will not help you here."
