"Dr Elhomsy is great but the supporting staff and reception regularly drop the ball. I’ll send my request for my medication 2 days in advance and it gets filled way too late leaving me without for days- I send my request 5 days and I’m told it’s too early and I’ll have to request later. It’s a med I can’t just request via the pharmacy, I have to initiate with the practice- trust me I’ve tried to make it least complicated as possible.The system is definitely broken and leaves me and I am almost sure others without meds often. If you try to call to get a nurse you get a machine, if you ask reception to take 30 seconds and remind nurse/ doctor next time they see them that they have a patient with a missing med, some receptionists rarely oblige and help while most outright refuse and gaslight. Rene specifically always seems to answer the phone and be hostile and unwilling to help compared to other receptionists which has led me to look for other doctors a few times as I can never get ahold of anyone."

After first discovering my condition I needed to do bloodwork a few different times to make sure my dosage was correct, and within 24 hours his staff always reviewed it, reached out, and adjusted accordingly. They never leave you in the dark about your results and will always explain to the best of their ability. All the staff members from the front desk to the lab are all so kind."
