"I was referred to this place from the ER when I called to schedule an appointment they did get me in right away and on the phone took my complete insurance information. They knew I was coming from far away as well. When I get there, I am then told they don’t accept my insurance. The insurance information that she took over the phone before I ever came in. She then made the appointment after taking this insurance information but neglected to tell me that they don’t take it. Unacceptable. I drove all the way there for nothing."

"I have no issues with Dr Davis. His team, however, is rude, condensing,and treat a grown adult as a child. And when I spome to management and agreed to see anyone not associated with his team, who do I get scheduled with? His PA!. I left w/o making a follow up appt because I had no intention of returning. So they took it upon themselves to schedule one for me w/o consulting me first. The most important thing I ask for in a practice is good communication something this practice has a problem with."
