"tried to call to make an intake appointment. the person taking calls wasn’t there so i left a message, another two hours go by so i call again and she’s still not there, so i called the front desk and asked if there was anyone else that could take my call, she said in a very snooty tone, “i mean if she isn’t answering then she’s probably at lunch. did you even leave a message? okay well then you need to wait and she’ll call you back when she has the time.” idk if this person was just having a bad day or hates their job but it was VERY unprofessional and rude. won’t be going here, i did not feel wanted!"
