"The receptionist is the SWEETEST lady and she really makes you feel at home. I see Tracy and she does a great job of listening to my concerns and weighing what options will work best. I really love the group here!"
"I was seeing Dr. Kallie Shanks who was amazing and helped me a lot. From the billing side, I was told when the appointment was set up that my insurance would be in network and I have learned since that it is not. My debit card was charged $160 randomly without notice. When I called and spoke with Lorry in billing she basically stated it was my fault and just kept repeating herself that it was on my end, when I explained time and time again that I did not consent for this. Turns out I wasn’t even suppose to pay that money anyway. When I expressed my concerns about being charged without consent she very quickly tried to turn the conversation saying that I was “going above what is actually happening”. She ended the conversation very rudely and hung up on me. The office staff and Kallie have always been great so I’m sad I had this experience with Lorry."
"I have battled depression for more than 30 years. I've tried med after med after med. Most would work for a time but then i would bottom out again. I decided that i was just broken, unfixable. I had a therapist suggested KMHM to manage my meds. Long story short, new oral med and ketamine treatments. We started the ketamine in Oct 2022. It is now December 2022. I was surprised when i noticed that running errands and getting things done around the house, no longer felt like a massive undertaking. Its cliche but its like i saw colors again. I am able to engage with extended family members again. I went to Thanksgiving dinner, this year, for the first time in 8 years. I would highly recommend KMHM and the work they do."
"Kansas Mental Health Medicine, Dr. Krehbiel, Hannah, Sarah and the rest of the staff here have been a lifesaver. Not only for myself, but for my father, as well. The ketamine infusions and services that they offer have brought me back from the edge and continue to do so. I discovered ketamine infusions before finding Dr. Krehbiel’s office, and was given a very high dose for my infusions/treatments. So the price started to climb. With the help of my med doctor and my parents, I decided to start looking for other ketamine clinics and doctors that offer ketamine services. Both, my father and my med doctor recommended Kansas Mental Health Medicine. I will admit, I was wary at first. Because I had gotten such positive mental results previously. My first 2 treatments with Dr. Krehbiel were not what I expected and I was quite discouraged. But with his help and the help of his wonderful staff, we figured out dosing that is much better for me and quite a bit less than my former ketamine clinic. My advice for anyone thinking about ketamine infusion treatments for depression and anxiety is… DO IT! And when you do, go to KMHM. Dr. Krehbiel, Hannah and Sarah are amazing."
