"This was the worst experience ever! The most unprofessional staff ever. This Dr had the nerve to insult my prior doctor saying he didn’t know what he was doing. I never got my prescription after my exam. I had to go back 3 times for contacts & they We’re still wrong. Never! Never! Again! I hate this place!!!!!!!!"

"I've been going here for a few years now and have not had any issues with the doctors but this last time I decided to have new lenses put in my glasses. I went to pick them up today and it seems like they don't know how to adjust glasses she had to go back to another room several times to adjust the nose pads and then I had told her twice that the one bow needed to be tightened and she did nothing about it the second time when I said it she just stood there. Didn't even try to fix it and then I said well I guess I'll have to go back to where I got the frames to have it adjusted appropriately and she walked away. No goodbye no professionalism just rude behavior and started talking with someone else. I will not buy another pair of glasses here. It was such a disappointing experience."
