"Receptionist is VERY rude and unprofessional. I called to get my medication refilled due to the doctor taking two weeks to get back to the pharmacy. She indicated that it was not her job to notify the doctor of my refills and there is nothing she could do. I am definitely changing doctors! Very unprofessional and no sense of urgency. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"I was a client there for almost two years when I switched my insurance and ended up receiving a bill that I shouldn't have. While in the appeal process with my insurance company this practice refused to see my daughter who had an infection that was spreading into her blood. I'm sorry but I have NO RESPECT for a medical practice that will deny a child medical attention over a couple bucks. In the end my insurance approved my appeal and paid the bill but I transferred my entire family out of there that day and they will never have my business again."

"I was pretty impressed with the place. It was a nice waiting room with an aquarium and fishes. Friendly receptionists are willing to help with lots of patience. My nurse was very gentle while taking my vitals and answered all my questions. My doctor was very knowledgeable, honest, and I felt like he cares about his patients. They have a very interesting examination room( at least the one I was in). They have lots of bike items, like helmets, jacket, gear, pictures. I felt like I was in a mini museum for bikers. I really like the idea- it keeps your mind of your health concerns. My only suggestion would be to switch to electronic paperwork, I had to sign at least 12 papers for me and my son's visit, which wasn't much fun. Other than that, keep up the excellent work you do and thank you for having me at your office."

"I never got to even meet any nurses or doctors. So I can't speak for them but their reception lady I talked to was so very rude and that is putting it nicely!! I recently moved here and got on medical and was told by my medical that they were accepting new patients so I called them. The lady was very rude and said that absolutely not and that the medical place has been claiming that for awhile but that it isn't true. She had a rude tone and rude attitude and told me to go elsewhere. I'm glad they weren't taking new clients because I would hate to associate with such a horrid person in any way. It's not hard to say..hey sorry that is not accurate information and sorry for the misunderstanding. But no I got a rude attitude and I was not grateful. She seriously made looking for a care physician for my son so much more difficult by just having a nasty attitude."
