"They do not have an administrative team. They will get your birthday wrong and send blood results to you using no apartment complex when there are 204 and others with my same last name. Their online portal is in bad need of help, the list goes on."
"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Zafar and her nurses. We followed her to Clifton Family Medicine when she moved from Wheatland Medical. However, the clerical staff/management is absolutely unacceptable. I have been referred (by Dr. Zafar) to two specialists: Dr. Sanchez and Wichita Dermatology. Dr. Sanchez never received my referral and I had to physically go to Clifton Family Medicine to get it after my appointment with Sanchez. The staff at Dr Sanchez office commented about how rude Clifton's staff was when they called. Wichita Dermatology had the exact same experience. Rude staff, incompetent people trying to get a simple referral. It took 4 phone calls from Wichita Dermatology to finally get a referral. Ridiculous!"
"The clinicians are incredible. Andrea Babb is someone who truly takes the time to listen and will actually work with you to find the best treatment plan possible. Dr. Hild is also incredible, although I have less experience with him, but the entire staff is nice and accommodating. It took awhile, but I finally found a place that I can get the help that I need."
"My experiences have been great!! I am amazed at how much time both the PA and Dr Hild will spend listening, examining & evaluating . Dr hild and A. Babb are both awesome. I have seen Tabitha a couple of time and she is also great! The nurses are awesome they are very friendly I do have my favorite one Diane but all those girls do a amazing job!!! It is a small cozy clinic very clean and the front desk is always friendly. Love them all!!!!"
