"Moving from Japan, the American health insurance system was the most confusing obstacle for me, and I never had good experience with the healthcare system until I was guided to Antioch Med. I just wanted to make it clear that the American private health insurance system is very unusual from the world perspective, and most Americans are not aware about it. "Our family of four sees Doc Cooper, and we are more than happy with how accommodating he is with our girls and how thorough he answers our questions. The best thing he’s done has been to research something to back up his point while I’m in the room, and talk it through with us. I appreciate that he double and triple checks what he tells us. I especially love our nurse, Ciara. We have a newborn and a threenager, and every time I come in she’s been patient and helpful and has helped me juggle them both with her kind words and calm direction. She does her job extremely well, and this last time I came in for my baby’s immunizations she and the woman who helped her administer the shots both soothed ME afterwards. 10/10 for them both.
