"Guess I’m quitting my medication cold turkey because of scheduling incompetence. I show up to my appointment but my case was “closed.” The woman told me to go get another intake during walk in hours which are “conveniently” during hours when most people are at work. Since I don’t have a DOCTOR now I googled side effects of quitting my meds cold turkey. Anxiety, insomnia, depression, risk of seizures to name a few. Antidepressants should never be stopped abruptly, but I guess I’ll just wing it. What a way to get people to use the crisis line."
