"Took my husband a few weeks ago he did get a new prescription when he got his glasses tried out for a week went in today he still couldn't see dr did same eye exam as last dr would not give him a the whole exam and wanted to refer us to another dr so 400 dollars later and he still cant see total thumbs down"

"They rescheduled my appointment 3 times. Didn't get to see my doctor the air conditioner was broken. Half the equipment inside didn't work. The staff was untrained and unprofessional. The main office is in Kansas City so there in no accountability held any the Wichita office. They don't understand insurance policies. Will not be back."
"I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam about a week ahead of time. When I showed up for my appointment, the nice receptionists got me checked in and led me to the examination room to wait for the doctor. About 10 minutes later, she came back to inform me that neither of the doctors showed up and that I would have to reschedule. Not her fault, but to say I was disappointed in the experience is in understatement."
"I've been a several-year customer of Kessler eyecare, and so has my wife and two daughters. Although I've never had to wait very long when I do a "walk in" visit, most times we make an appointment, show up 10 minutes early to update our information, and we're seen promptly. This week, my daughter and I all had appointments and were all done within an hour, and I even had a contact lens fitting. The staff has always been friendly and professional and they're good about answering all our questions, and we've never had a billing problem with them. And I like the fact that I can get "fitted" for contacts, but can get my prescription and purchase my contacts on-line for significant cost savings, because my insurance doesn't pick up my lens cost."
