My visit with the physician was fast, but I felt like she listened to my concerns and helped me resolve an issue I was having with a medication. "I was a patient at the infusion clinic. Roomy quiet waiting room and my nurse came out to greet me. Jack took me first to be weighed and my temperature taken before I was taken to my cubicle for my infusion. Jack took my blood pressure and oxygen saturation and pulse and helped make me comfortable before going to get supplies and infusion medication. He expertly started the IV as all the nurses there do and I double checked the solution label to be infused and was satisfied. I was comfortable and infusion goes smoothly until over. My vital signs are retaken and IV removed and dressing applied. Reviewed instructions including information for next infusion and I’m released to leave."
