"I've been going to Heartland for over 5 years now. Always very friendly receptionists, and personable staff. Dr. Tabbal is a good cardiologist, and I really feel like Heartland Cardiology cares about my heart's well-being."

"Several appoints I've had could have been emails or phone calls, but they will gladly charge you for a 30 second office "visit" instead, that could take up to an hour to actually see the doctor for 30 seconds. Nurses do not return phone calls. Doctor did not want to hear about my plan for my particular issue (genetic) and just wanted to keep doing unnecessary tests even if the genes didn't get passed on. Check in nurse will automatically try to do an EKG, even when unnecessary."

"I guess it depends on the visit. I’ve experienced exceptional service and compassion. I’ve also had the doctor completely dismiss my symptoms because my EKG appeared normal, and didn’t further investigate why I’m suddenly passing out monthly. Chalked it up to - “it can happen, it’s normal.” I felt rushed and dismissed, and was ultimately told that we’ll worry about my health when I’m over 50, worry about clots and etc later. I’ve never had a doctor say that, and felt like I wasted my time."

"Having had 2 visits here with my 3rd visit coming in June of 2020, I couldn't be more satisfied with Dr. Fanari at Heartland Cardiology. I was so lucky to get hooked up with him. Great cardiologist. How do I know? Well I'm here to type about him, feel better than great, and he is a cardiologist that doesn't preach (to me at least). He is a "everything in moderation" doctor. I've never asked him but my guess is if you want some pie he would say just be sensible about it. If you asked him if sphagetti is a vegetable he would tell you the truth. My type of doctor."

"Have Dr Bakdash by luck of the draw. He was at Wesley when I had a heart cath after heart attack. Could not be more pleased. Professional, knowledgeable, caring. Would highly recommend. As long as you are doing what you should be, he is very easy to get along with."
