This visit I saw a new doctor for the first time. I felt as though Dr. Pena was somewhat dismissive of some new concerns I had, which was frustrating. I'm uncertain I will return to this practice in the future."

"I went into the Oak Park Mall office with a simple request, my previous prescription. The front desk person lied to me tricking me to make me get an eye exam on the spot. I expressed that I wasn't looking for that and that I have no time. 40 minutes later she was charging me for something that I didn't request, that I didn't need and that I wasn't able to pay. In a rude way she told me that was my mistake and that I have to leave without anything unless I want to pay from my pocket (what normally my insurance covers). This is not right neither the best way to get business or customers. Last time in that place. I didn't give them zero stars because the eye professional was good explaining what he was doing and the infor that he was observing."

Lady in the front was very nice and helpful but the young boys in the back I thought they were very rude , if I have to tell you good morning how you doing today because I didn’t hear a word out of their mouth and to me that’s very rude!!!"

They charge out of pocket people so much. The blond at the front desk is so fake. She could have helped but she wouldn’t. I went someplace else. This is an economic hard time for all how about a little grace."
