"Tamra is an exceptional property manager. She has accommodated me and my needs when moving into a new lease for the fall/winter season. She has been immediate in her responses and regularly follows up if an answer isn't immediately available. If not for her attentiveness and responsiveness to my inquiries, I would have opted to live in a different and less expensive complex."
"Avoid at all cost! It is not worth the time or the money to live at this complex. The previous manager Kyla was extremely passive aggressive and rude in the vast majority of our interactions with her. Management also took over 2 months too return our security deposit which was a month later than the mandated terms of our lease and also violated an Idaho code in doing so and also refused to provide us with an itemized breakdown of charges at the time of move out. Even when the deposit was returned it was for the incorrect amount and took an additional 7 months for it to be corrected. While the complex has been renovated and some minor improvements have been made with the decks and railings the price for rent is not worth the money. Overall avoid at all costs due to management nearly being impossible to get ahold of along with nonworking emergency line and the main offices phone always having a full inbox. My wife and I were locked in the apartment several times due to the deadbolt of our door randomly dying and other door related issues and management was unbothered by our request for help and wanted us to stay trapped in our apartment until we were eventually able to convince them to call a lock smith. Overall avoid Oregon Trail and any interactions with Table Rock Management as they are just as complacent in the mismanagement of this property"
"You look at all these bad reviews saying to stay away and complaining about management and let me tell you, DO NOT IGNORE THOSE REVIEWS! Don’t think it won’t be that bad cause that’s what my roommate and I thought. Management NEVER answers the phone or emails. Want to leave a voicemail? Can’t the mailbox is full and has been since when we were just trying to apply just to get in. Want to schedule a maintenance? Can’t because somehow all your emails never reach them. Also, extremely cheap appliances. All of our drawers broke from just us opening them. Drains constantly clogged. There’s bubbles forming on the ceiling in the shower. Half of our outlets never worked and never got fixed even after we brought it to their attention. Our doorknob literally stopped working and would have to either leave it cracked open or go through the window. The neighbors are extremely disrespectful, loud, and will park in your assigned parking making you have to park on the street where you’ll get a ticket. They also like to drop beer bottles from the top of their balconies leaving glass all over your patio and even front door. And how do they think in a complex of 50+ unites only THREE washers and THREE DRYERS are acceptable? Not to mention you’re going to spend 3 hours of your day re-drying all of your clothes because it won’t take 1 or 2 drys, but more like 3-4 so be ready to spend a full roll of quarters in one day. You can find much cheaper and NICER apartments around the same area. The worst 6 months of my life. Oregon Trail, DO BETTER."
"These guys are SCAM ARTISTS DON’T MOVE HERE Property management some how “never had record” of our security deposit. Like what’d you think we’d move in without a deposit? Unbelievable. Awful staff, tried to help us after numerous complaints. Left us with no option but to write a bad review. Workers aren’t friendly, will try to tow your vehicle in anyway possible. Clientele was also sketchy, felt like I was living in the armpit of Florida or Caldwell, they’ll let anyone live there. Called the cops numerous times on neighbors and witnessed an arrest. Property management knows who left this review. You know what to do to make it right."
"I would never suggest this place to anyone. We were not permitted to see a unit until move in day (which was 6 months after we placed a deposit). The staff was horribly unprofessional. They had frequent apartment checks that were unnecessary and stressful. I understand apartment checks, but is once a month really worth it? We've had issues with staff just unlocking and walking into our apartment unannounced and without notice. My next door neighbor had someone walk in while she was in the shower! The complex itself is very shady, quiet, and the people living there were also rude. The apartment's appliances were so out of date they were unusable. The shower didn't run hot water after about 7 minutes. It took months to get a maintenance request approved. I could go on and on. I guess they just recently switched property management companies, so I called the phone number listed on the website so that we could pay our final month of rent. I was directed to an answering service, left a message, and received a RUDE call back saying that they would not accept any more calls from residents because they do not own Oregon Trail anymore. Once I was able to get the number to the new property management company, I was once again treated horribly. Ginger from the new office was unwelcoming and acted like I was a nuisance for TRYING TO PAY RENT. She had hardly any information for me and seemingly tried to get off the call as soon as she could. I would never wish this disrespect upon anyone. All of this is considering that we didn't get a single notice saying that the property management company had switched. This place needs to be shut down or renovated by people who actually care for others. I am so glad to have gotten out of there."
