"Saving $20 may cost you your future. The price and pictures are appealing. The mold in the rooms, clear lack of cleaning staff and complete disregard of sanitation is less appealing. Broken light fixtures. Stained sheets, towels and curtains. God only knows when it was last vacuumed. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in."

"Absolutely horrific, went to Boise for a quick weekend trip and found this place for affordable price yet was completely disappointed in the room. Right when we open the door, the room smelled like cigarettes, a very much hit you in the face. Thank God, I checked the beds before we sat down because there is hair and random stains that consist of white and blood looking patches. Also, the curtains had black mold on them and there was a lipstick kiss on our window?? We immediately picked up all of our stuff and left. Still waiting for a refund after four days, no one picks up their phones. So now I have to dispute the transaction on my card and hopefully I will get my money back."

"Room was dirty. Nothing worked. The TV,wifi,safe,fridge,lamp,and coffeepot pot were on one extension cord. Wall outlets were broken. Stains on the curtains and bed. And when we went to the front to ask for a new room or something. They said maintenance will be down to see if it bad. 1 1/2 later, we left for our concert and was too exhausted to wait. Ants in the bathroom. Homeless encampments behind the building.bathroom light fixture fell on my wife head when she was brushing her teeth."

"Cleaning staff should be ashamed. The bathroom ceiling has black mold growing, shower head was broken so water spewed everywhere, shower curtain has black and red mold on it and was very yellowed. Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned nor was the toilet?!? Added pics but I don’t think they do justice of just how bad the curtain was. The room itself looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time… the floor was dirty when we got there. We had to plug in the mini fridge was it was unplugged and there were a number of old socks behind the TV stand and it was very dusty. Next time I’m in Boise, I’ll be staying at the Comfort Inn down the street which seems to be rated well. This place is not a good value and Wyndham Hotels should really be taking a close look at this property and ask if this is how they want their customers to remember them."

"Gross place! om the smelled like cigarettes. Then i was relocated to a new one that smelled normal. But the floor looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. All the towels had stains. And the bathrooms had nasty floors and showers. Also, continental breakfast was pathetic. Will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone."
