"I've lived at Riverside apartments in garden City for about 12 years I wanted to make a point to communicate how wonderful it's been the last 2 years as far as getting things fixed since Dave's been in charge. we've had great communication he acts promptly which kind of blew me away because that wasn't happening before he took charge. Recently he replaced my air conditioner in the middle of the hottest part of Summer he always followed up ,calls me back to update me. I also had my refrigerator replaced by Dave I've never been happier since you took charge. Riverside is lucky to have him. Before Dave came there was a girl in charge and she was a bad manager she didn't know how to work with people you had to call five times to come and get a minor thing fixed at your apartment or she it was never done at all. very very frustrating. tThe thought of calling of the Riverside apartments when she when she was in charge was a nightmare I had to go down there personally several times and talk to her face to face and ask her what was going on she was nice when I talked to her face to face however she still never followed up. I wanted to make a point to give Riverside props for employing someone that knows what they're doing and knows how to work with people. Thank you Dave personally"

"We pay $300 annually to have this company do nothing, except mow the common areas. The area where I live is just a couple years old and is absolutely trashed with problems this company should be handling. Nasty looking yards, abandoned vehicles, overgrown weeds, standing water, unkept landscaping, multi-family renters, trailers parked all over the place, etc, etc, etc… They are, without a doubt the worst HOA Management Company out there. As for the reply from the owner of this company, we shouldn’t have to call you and tell you about the 100’s of violations. That is YOUR JOB! We pay you that $300 annually to inspect the neighborhood and fix the issues. If people call you to report issues, then you aren’t doing your job! Get out of your office and do some work. And, if you claim new laws are restricting your ability to manage this neighborhood, then why do we need your services? Why are we paying you $300 a year?"

"If I could give this property management company negative zero stars I absolutely would. They have been the most frustrating company to ever work with. They manage our HOA. In recent months they have now charged us multiple late fees and delinquency fees DESPITE providing evidence of our bank statements and receipts of payment.Their response “well we have no evidence you paid us so you have to pay up.” We have gone through every avenue to resolve this issue and they continue to treat us with nothing but disrespect. Riverside management does not deserve to be in business."
