"Very nice apartment complex just off Front Street and near Park Boulevard. Easy access to the greenbelt and downtown. Each apartment seems to have it's own balcony and it appears to have plenty of covered parking."

"I have been a tenant in a live/work unit at the 951 building for 3 years and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. The location is awesome, the parking is easy for my clients and I, the management has been nothing but wonderful anytime I have questions or need help, and I have a killer view of the mountains from my balcony. What’s more to love? I highly recommend the 951!"

"Only only positives about the 951 is the location and the maintenance man. Everything else is lacking. They nickel and dime you every chance they can get. They have slowly been removing amenities from the complex while increasing rent prices. They don’t listen to the residents and make decisions based off of the property managers best interests. The bike storage rooms are a joke, there is not enough room in there for the amount of bikes at the location and the rooms are so cramped good luck getting your bike out without damaging other peoples property. The maintenance guy is amazing, he seems to do everything at that place. The landscaping was half complete for years and they made him finish it. He’ll also fix your washer and dryer with a smile. When it came to painting the halls it has taken months to complete this simple job. Not sure why every small project they try to do take so long but it gets very annoying after living there for years. I hardly see the property manager there, seems like his best interest is with the managing company rather than the residents at the location. The 951 quickly rotates through leasing agents as well. Overall it’s okay. Decent location and quiet neighbors but if you look into the build quality or management isn’t not great."

"MIND YOUR DEPOSIT This apartment has NO check-out procedure. The Janitorial company will come to your unit AFTER you move out. They can deduct you a good amount of your deposit but show you NO evidence what work they do. In addition, the apartment does NOT accept carpet cleaning by non-professionals. If you have no invoice to show, they gonna charge you. Literally, even though you cleaned everything to shine, you still have to pay to leave."

"The apartments are beautiful, and more than that the staff will go out of their way to help out. Koby and Honey have been extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt to anything that we have needed. If you are tired of living with poor property management give The 951 a try you won't be disappointed."
