"Awesome staff and very kind doctors"
"2 different times, they didn’t have my appointment down. If I hadn’t had the card they gave me they wouldn’t believe I had the appointment. The last time they lost my appointment, I sat in their waiting room for about 40 minutes. They put me in a room at which time they told me if I hadn’t had the card, they wouldn’t believe I have the appointment. I was in there for another 35 or 40 minutes. Finally came out and told them my time is valuable too. I have to work. They then sent a letter stating I was rude and wasn’t welcome back. But that’s ok because I wouldn’t want to go back anyway. I called my insurance company to make sure they didn’t try to bill me and my insurance company said they called and got hung up on and had trouble with them before."
