"I was with one dental practice for over 30 years. The dentist retired and left the practice to his new graduate son and other new graduates. The entire experience changed for the worse. After such a long time, I had to find another dental practice. Fortunately, KU had begun to offer a dental practice. I am very pleased with this dental practice that offers the same high-quality service I always expect. Everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy being there. Now, all my health care, including dental, is from KU. Highly recommend KU Dental"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont go here. They wouldn’t clean my teeth after setting me up an appointment and having me drive down there, they instead tried to make me pay an outstanding balance for unfinished work. They told me they wouldn’t work on me unless I paid 600$ that day. I was lured there with lies. I made a partial payment and was forced to leave as I didn’t have that money up front. I will not be going back. They take months to set up an appointment. I just called tremont dental and they got me in for tomorrow. Can’t believe the hospital set me up with these goofs. They won’t even check if your insurance is compatible when you ask them. It’s sad to see a dentists behave in such a way. Especially in a time when we need them most."

My dentist Dr.Maria Del Cielo Barragan DDS,her Associate Stacy,And Thersa the receptionist and there was another new associate.Thank you all for the very caring and gentle care. "I have clips to hold on my prosthetic denture. I have been going to KU dental to have them replaced. A hygienist who l believe was Heather had an opening so the receptionist said that she would do it. I have never in my intire journey with this horrible cancer have ever been talked down to the way this hygienist talked to me. First of all she had no idea what l deal with as l have never been seen by her. I take very good care of my mouth. She told me that l didn't and that l was going to lose the implants because l was doing a terrible job of cleaning it. I use a water flosser and an electric toothbrush. She talked to me like l was an ignorant old lady. She needs to learn how to treat people or find a job in a cubicle. I am still so upset by this that l just felt the need to share. Maybe Dr. KU needs to have more compassionate people to deal with head and neck cancer survivors that have ongoing issues."
