"Absolutely do NOT move here! Do not do it. The management is TERRIBLE and you WILL get hit with unexpected charges each month! I honestly have never left a bad review for anyone but this is totally necessary. Every month we had a few hundred dollars in extra fees. There were times where we were double booked for parking (they never would have caught it) and paid many times by dropping in our payment via money order or cashiers check. Whoever was at the office didn't put it in the system that we paid on time so the system tacked on late fees that would have went totally unnoticed if we hadnt come in every month. We literally had to call them every single month about overage charges, etc. They also will charge you for heating/cooling the building. Yes, the part of the building that you don't even live in. They charge you for pest control every month and a few more charges. There were times in mid July and the heater was on in the hallways....and all of the tenants have to split this. Here is a short list of other issues: Can't ever get a hold of anyone for anything Our key fobs to the main door didn't work at first They didnt fix the call box for weeks Parcel pending was down with our mail locked in it for a week Our bike door fob never worked for the 9 months we lived there College kids throwing parties (another renter called the cops) People smoking cigarettes and leaving butts all over the place People dumpster dive every night Things were stolen off of our vehicles The water heater in the closet backs up with smelly water (no way to fix) I will save the best for last..... We always kept our house super clean and even a fire sprinkler/maintenance guy made a comment that ours was super clean compared to some of the other ones. We moved out recently and mopped the floors, sprayed down all of the counters, vacuumed twice, etc. We just received our move out statement and they SENT US A BILL FOR $650. This was AFTER they gobbled our security deposit! It was an 1100 sq ft apartment.... Trust me when I say this. DO NOT rent here. They will give you the "well according to the fine print" excuse. We have lived at the cityside lofts and other places DT and never had a single issue. Go live someplace where they will treat you right and hit you with an extra few hundred $ each month. Again...DONT LIVE HERE!"

"Very modern, and spacious, although the management is absolutely horrible! Getting a hold of management is like pulling teeth...very difficult! Still have issues of many things not working, and surprising new power bills for the "common area" There is no common area! They are charging for outside lighting that is public area. Wow if I knew what I was getting involved with I would have went with the other place I should have chose. Management is so unprofessional!!!"

"The apartment itself that I moved in to is decent & the location is amazing. However the customer service/ management is terribly inconsistent. They never respond to emails or voicemails about important needs and questions. My move in was also very difficult in that they gave me all wrong keys and I couldn’t get in to my building or appt for 3 hours to move in and had to wait to get the correct keys. Overall no issue with the actual appt itself but they need to work on taking care of their tenants and their communication skills."
