"I wish I could give zero stars. Kenny Sholty was a nice and reasonable apartment manager, until he wasn't anymore. As we all know, a pandemic had come upon us. A pandemic that caused us all to make big decisions and life changes. For some reason Kenny decided he should have more say in my job situation, and decided he would no longer want me in the apartments when my lease was up. I had never missed a rent payment or even been late on rent, but was still bullied until I left the apartments in the middle of a pandemic. I would never recommend anyone to go to this complex or have any type of business relationship with Kenny. My experience was terrible, and this review is barely the tip of the iceburg as to what I had put up with in my last 6 months in that complex."

"DONT GO HERE. I've been calling different apartments, as any person would looking for a place, so that I can have a couple options because it's really hard to find a place. This guy told me, "I recognize your voice you have called before you don't need to call again!" and I said "oh sorry is it the same number?" he said "yeah don't call again" and he hung up on me. I was very confused and checked my call history and that was THE FIRST TIME I HAD CALLED THAT NUMBER. These apartments are run by a bitter old man who apparently is the definition of an old fart because he doesn't realize that if he runs multiple different apartment complexes with different numbers, you may have the same person calling you multiple times because they think you might be, I don't know, a DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX. This guy is so old he probably doesn't even know what google reviews is, so he likely won't see this, so he will never know his business sucks unless someone tells him off over the phone. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either, I'm pretty sure this same guy said something rude to me 2 or 3 months ago when I was apartment hunting. I wish I remember the name of the other apartments he manages, but don't call here unless you want to be treated poorly."
