"Modifying my review. I’m now going into my third year as a resident here. The pros and cons in my original review stand true to this day. However, the noise is becoming an increasing issue here. The walls and floors are thin, so if you’re considering moving here, BE WARNED if noise is at all a concern for you. I currently have an upstairs neighbor that walks around like an elephant or zoo animal. Unfortunately, it’s someone who likely works from home because the noise is all day. They also drag furniture around every day which is bothersome. I informed management and they told me they’d address it with the unit. They have since sent an email to the entire complex about this. The neighbors haven’t gotten any better so they either decided not to address it with them, or opted for the general email blast. Either way, I never heard back from the office even after multiple follow up requests for an update. ———— Overall, a really good place to live! Pros: -pretty modern finishes in the apartments and community amenities -cost based on location is really great! -close to the parks, grocery, and all that downtown has to offer -offer frequent resident events and giveaways Cons: -A/C is under a window (rather than central or top of wall), so it’s a little bulky and a little loud -really complicated to get food deliveries to your unit with the secure system (although I appreciate security)"

"Boise is by far the friendliest city that I have ever visited. The Leasing Office at The Fowler was just as friendly. Robeij and Kayoni greeted me with a welcoming smile and I instantly felt at home. They are both knowledgeable and helped my narrow down the floor plan that would work for me. They have stunning views and are centrally located. I love how everything is within walking distance and I think it’s absolutely amazing that they host fun and creative resident events. Thank you Robeij and Kayoni, I can’t wait to officially apply in the new year!"

"I don't know what type of tenant policy is in the USA. They gave credit score authority to the rent management company and they started misusing it in the name of your credit history. It is really worse to worse to stay in the USA. The government needs to revisit this law, otherwise, it will be very complicated for the tenants. The Fowler has 60 days' notice and huge termination fees. We are coming from other countries. There are more chances to cancel the lease due to job issue, family constraints, return to native country then it's a huge loss for us, as we are already all the government taxes. Don't know what we earned here, so overall savings will be negative. Very bad experience, they are charging like anything, and you have to sell your organs to pay their cancellation fees and utilities amount."

"Moved in 2 months ago. Great location! The amazing staff here are super responsive and always doing nice things for residents. 1 bed Apartment is open floor plan for kitchen and living room. Huge windows with nice shades. This feels good to live in. Quiet and dog friendly. Awesome work out room. Covered parking! Make this your next home❤️"
