"Some nurses and therapists were great and others were rough. Overall it met patients needs for rehab therapy. They are required to provide 3 hours of occupational, speech or physical therapy a weekday 5 weekdays a week. That was achieved. Just hoped for more on weekends. Molly was a great caseworker and Hunter did really productive sessions. They have a great gym with air mattresses to prevent bed sores. Great location near top golf."

"My husband and my son both have been patients here and had excellent care. The therapy dept was amazing especially with my adult son who was very apprehensive. They both had a great recovery & in fact my son’s arm is much better than it has been in years. The OT who was treating him had extensive knowledge and extra training in hand therapy and it definitely showed. After my son was discharged the OT gave him exercises he could continue on his own. I can highly recommend the therapy dept here!"

"I have had several family members at PAM. I have lots of respect for what they do. My ex husband had a massive stroke and was not able to communicate or move independently. He now functions independently, drives a vehicle and manage his own financial responsibilities. Staff is friendly and attentive they treat you with respect and like your family. Food is excellent. My mom attended for a short period for strengthening due to multiple falls. She now is able to climb in vehicles ind she could not do before. They give you back your independence. The hard work pays off. I would not consider going anywhere else. Definitely a positive recommendation for friends and family. They are there when you’re at your lowest ready and willing to fight the fight right by your side."

"My mother in law was here and we had a wonderful experience! She was so well taken care of by everyone. Therapist were all so good and she is now better than she has been for months! The nurses were very attentive with her pain management. The doctors listen and are very compassionate! This place is top notch and you shouldn’t go any other place!! "For a relatively new facility this place was not as clean as expected. The floors have dust and stuff so around the edges, even found a dime and peanut on the floor just after my mom arrived. The bed, call button and wall had sticky stuff and dust all over it. I spent 30 minutes with antibacterial wipes myself cleaning things until at shift change a very nice nurse asked what i was doing and called in the Charge Nurse. They are very short staffed with new help that are not terribly experienced. My mom was there for over 4 hours before she was tended to, only at our insistence. She was there for physical therapy post knee replacement and lay there for hours without any ice on her knee or any vitals or anything. The room was not well equipped, no chair for visitors, no toilet riser or potty chair and the staff could not find a toilet riser any where. She also had a UTI, so this was quite unacceptable. The toilet riser they finally found had poop all over the leg and underneath the seat. She was left unattended in the bathroom, more than once even though she had bracelets on to warn she is a Fall Risk. We had to continually ask and instruct the staff to get what she needed. There were some incredibly nice staff who were trying to help and some very clueless staff, but the experience level was lacking for all. I'm very disappointed in the facility so far and will worry a lot while she's there."
