Charter Pointe Apartments

"We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have noticed a significant improvement in the last year within management. I actually tell they have empathy now. It might not be the fanciest apartments, but it's bigger than I expected and I really like the layout. Works great for us until we can purchase a home!"

"Visiting a friend who lives in these apartments and you can tell that they only want to make money off of people living there and that they don’t prioritize using their money to renovate and or fix things. They don’t even have a phone number to call either to get things fixed, I tried helping my friend figure out who to call to fix her dish washer and bath tub but no luck. Anyone know ?"

"Worst place to live in, they don't care about you, they are greedy and mess up all the time they don't do any maintenance. Parking is a nightmare too."

"Literally thee worst place to live not only is it trashy and scummy the parking is un real. You get ONE parking spot per each 3 bedroom. And it's so bad at night! People have to park where you're technically not allowed to and get parking tickets. It's so un kept there is trash everywhere. I cant Express enough how terrible it is here. Our tired got flattened 3 days after moving in (along with 5 other cars) because some hoodlum took out the core injectors. Property management also doesnt care, they rarely answer the phone. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!"

"They built these houses for profit, not to last. We had carpeting in our master bedroom, which we recently tore up (who puts carpeting in a bathroom anyways?). Underneath was just plywood, & tons of mold growing through the boards. Heating is also really inconsistent throughout the house. In winter it's around 90 degrees upstairs, while downstairs is around 60. Siding of house is coming undone already since it's made of cheap plastic, yet this is a new house! Charter Pointe is constantly harassing/threatening us about our "weed problem", yet we have no idea what weeds they're talking about (we have tried to ask them multiple times, but they just send us a generic picture of the front of our house). Our neighbor had a similar issue, & was told his lavender plant was considered a weed, so he had to pull it (which is funny since they have lavender planted at the entrance of Charter Pointe). It smells once in awhile of cow poop outside from nearby farms, which is not pleasant at all. You have to pay $400 a year extra since you're a part of the community, yet they don't care who moves into the area (a family moved across from us about 5 months ago, & yet the police have had to show up 3 times already for drunk violent outbursts in the middle of the night. Last time, they were trying to "lay out" another neighbor who was also drunk. & yet another neighbor is currently in prison for child abuse). For $400 extra, I expect to live in a nice neighborhood at least! It may seem nice & quiet at a glance, but we've already been here only a year, & we can't wait to move!"
