Seasons Apartments

"We visited family there for an afternoon. The apartments are older, but seem nice enough. The parking though is horrendous and seems difficult. I have never seen an apartment complex with so many parking issues."

"I have had the opportunity to reside in numerous apartments, townhomes, and rental houses throughout my lifetime, and I can confidently assert that this particular abode is the most efficiently managed establishment I have ever experienced. The manager's exceptional cordiality and unparalleled promptness in attending to repair requests are truly commendable. Additionally, the pristine state of all community facilities is consistently maintained, thereby ensuring that I am never hesitant to avail myself of the pool or invite guests to enjoy it with me. The only minor critique I have is that I would appreciate it if the building letters were more prominently displayed to facilitate delivery personnel in locating the correct building."

"This review is solely my opinion. Previous long term tenant of 6 years but it got so bad at the complex that I decided to move on and not look back. This used to be a nice and quiet complex comprised of retirement age folk. Not any more. The Seasons is destined continue its rapid decline, I'm afraid. Several factors contributed to this decision, maintenance requests were never filled or super late to be filled (maintenance would also enter the unit without proper notice as required by law), incompetent, apathetic and rude staff (with very high turn over, 4 or 5 different managers in those 6 years), lack of remodeling in the units that would justify the rising rent costs, paper thin (literally) walls and very creaky floor boards. Their M.O. seems to be, instead of put money into the units, just remodel the business center twice a year and call it good. The reality is that the units are dated and worn, with old appliances. The pool is nice in the summer tho. Very glad to have concluded business with this complex and company and certainly would not recommend."

"The leasing office waited until the last day thirty minutes before they closed to tell us that they 'forgot' to read our income accurately and told us that we needed to submit better documents before the office closed. The lady that led my application process was nice, I think her name was Kelsie, knew what she was talking about. But after their own error by not reading our documents properly when they were submitted, they decided to give us 30 minutes to try to fix the issue else they would decline our application. Shady practice that was. Would not recommend this place. Bad first impression."

"I have lived here for about a year now and it has been a pretty good place to live overall. The location is great for the valley, it's a quick connection to the interstate to get anywhere. There are tons of shopping and food options within walking distance. Management has also been nice to us while we have been here. The only negative thing that I can say is that the apartments are a little out dated. Mine is definitely in need for a remodel anytime but the prices are low enough to relate to that. It's not a 5-star luxury apartment complex but it is a nice place to call home for now. I would recommend this complex especially if they start to remodel the apartments in the near future."
