"Management has always been helpful and kind. The parking can be a bit annoying sometimes, but it isn't a huge deal. Amenities have always been clean and usable. Overall, we've really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend living here."
"If you want to live somewhere with no parking and a management team on-site who doesn't know how to answer the phone. This is the place to go. Only lived here 2 months and when I moved in the apartment wasn't clean washer was broke. People don't clean up after themselves in the common areas or near the dumpsters(most of them are to lave to even put their trash in the dumpster when it's empty just throw it on the ground.) If I could give 0 stars I would."
"The new management has been very quick to respond to my emails and are very friendly. Recently they have doing a great job maintaining the grounds and cleaning up the snow. Apartment is small and expensive but the amenities are nice and I feel pretty safe living there."
"Management has cleaned up the property really well, they have brand new dumpster enclosures and a brand new fence. They are putting a lot of work into it since I’ve lived here and I truly appreciate the management team and maintenance! They did so much snow removal and ice melt on the property to keep everyone safe and also helped out a bunch of people during this crazy snow storm, my family thanks you all for making this place better every day!"
"They just implemented a new payment system which charges you a higher transaction fee just to submit your rent, unless you apply and pay with their stupid Wells Fargo credit card, but if you don’t get accepted for that card that puts a hard inquiry on your credit and boom now your credit is screwed. Literally just trying to pay my rent and now that affects my credit report forever! This new system and manager (I’m assuming who caused this) is trash."
