"if i could give zero or even negative stars about this place and their management i would. i’m not sure where to even start honestly. from first glance these are super cute/nice apartments but once you get inside you’ll come to realize that is all a facade. the walls are paper thin, we’re on the third floor and can hear our DOWNSTAIRS neighbors walking. the parking lot and playground are constantly covered in the same trash that is never picked up, but they put a boot on my roommates car because her tags were in the mailbox and it was 1 day expired. if that doesn’t make you want to move in immediately than let me tell you about the “lovely” management. they will not answer your messages or requests for about a month and when you finally do call you’ll be greeted with nothing but unkindness, every. single. time. they will not try to help you solve any problems instead you will be completely disregarded in a typically very rude manor. i’m not typically one to write reviews and am typically a very understanding person but genuinely if you have other options i would go with those. :)"

"Trash everywhere, children running in the road while you’re just trying to drive, maintenance is horrible, everything falling apart inside the apartment, poorly built, the office people are really bad communicators and won’t answer the phone once you’ve moved in, etc etc. Will update if things change for the better"
