"I think there are way too many of these apartments. Besides they are way overpriced. And most people can't afford them. And the rules and regulations are insane. I miss the farmers and the sweet smell of the crops. Especially the mint."
"Lived here for 4 years and it's none stop gunshots, issues with crazy neighbors, and not enough workers to keep up with how big of an apartment complex it is. Workers are nice, but nice doesn't fix broken stuff. Edit: I saw that you like to respond back with a bunch of attitude and be rude I have lived here and no this isn't the name I live there under and no I won't be giving it to you either:) your hostility and your response to comments that give you less than five stars is super unprofessional."
"Nice looking apartments $1600 a month but has a pool and party area you can rent for the day or whatever clean pretty nice balconies but pretty strict and parking is non existent unless you live there they need a shuttle service!"
"I just want to say that I found this location recently on my apartment hunt and I am so impressed with how affordable this location is with how many pros there are with living here. I toured this location first and fell in love with the huge kitchen, larger balconies (compared to some other complexes in the valley), and available parking (again, not perfect, but compared to other complexes, they know what’s up). Just to compare, right now, I live in a single bedroom apartment with no parking rules and can hardly find parking, no balcony, barely a kitchen, and very dated and beat up cabinets and other parts of the apartment. I pay just shy of $100 less than what the current going price is for a 2 bed 2 bath at this location. My friend moved in recently because she also fell in love with it. She has made it an easier decision for me to move here with my experience even as a guest. I followed the parking rules this location has in place and was able to have my car on site ALL DAY without any issues. As a future resident, I would HAPPILY pay extra not only for a covered spot, but also the extra rules in the parking lot. I get what it looks like when people don’t have rules or enforce them and residents take advantage of that and ruin it for everyone else. Sounds like there are rules for a reason and if you don’t follow them, that’s your own problem. Keep up the good work Farmstead. I can’t wait to join you in the fall ❤️"
"Absolutely horrible. Have had so many parking issues. Have had to pay over $700 in fines for myself and my babysitter. My sticker fell off and my car was towed. They have no way of checking if you are a resident which is unorganized and ridiculous. This is NOT a family friendly environment. The weekends at the pool are horrible with drunks playing very vulgar and inappropriate music. The cops are here responding to situations constantly. Postal packages are constantly being stolen. The staff is kind and do their best but the parking situation makes absolutely no sense. I do not recommend this complex. For the insane rent amount the parking situation needs improvement."
