"We love living at Ridgecrest Commons. They are pet friendly and have convenient dog parks located throughout the community. They also do fun events every month and the management is always available to discuss any issues. The location makes the highway and shopping centers easily accessible."

The new management team is awesome, it's nice that when you call they answer the phone and are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet most of the time. I've lived in alot of apartment settings, but this is the best one yet. Looking forward to the pool going in."

The maintenance team is kind and efficient. The 3 dog parks are a nice addition to the community for residents with dogs. "We have lived here a little over 2yrs. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex before. Over all I would say it’s nice. We’re in an upstairs apartment. We do hear our neighbors occasionally. When there are outdoor festivities at the Ford Idaho Center we hear that too. Our apartment building is backed up against the main road so the sound of traffic can be heard regularly but we’re used to it. It is pet friendly which we appreciate. They have a few little ‘dog park’ areas and provide bags for residents to clean up after their dogs although many don’t. All of that said, we do like it here. It’s centrally located, close to freeway access, close to grocery stores, lots of good walking paths and the golf course and CWI are next door. We’d recommend this community to anyone."

"I am a current resident and this information needs to be made public about this place. I had an inspection today and I was coming in from out of town. When I get to my apartment my laundry closet doors are off their hinges leaning against the hallway wall, lights are on and back door is completely unlocked. I pay for a filter every month and have only received one, they didn’t install the filter and is sitting next to now the laundry doors. If you can’t finish your job and or do it why are you entering peoples homes??"
