"I have been working with this shop, and Justin in particular for the past couple of weeks around a boat purchase, along with getting into the wake surfing sport in general. Justin was referred to me from another long time customer, and he has been a delight to work with. He promptly answers all my questions, with zero pressure, and gives me his honest opinions. "I wanted to be able to recommend Water Ski Pro Shop but alas I cannot. I bought a boat from them a month ago and it seemed like a pretty good deal at the time. We did a short test drive on the lake and everything seemed ok. Come to find out it wasn’t. When I took the boat out on the water with friends and family and started surfing, it started over heating. I wasn’t too worried, I was certain it was the impeller. I replaced the impeller and took it back to the lake a few days later, same problem, after about 30 mins it started to overheat. I had to work with my local shop to figure out the problem. Turns out it was the heat exchanger. The part alone was $1600 plus labor I was into the repair over 2k. I called and talked to the mechanic at Water Ski Pro Shop and he agreed that was most likely the problem and that it would have had to be a problem before I bought the boat. I felt of course like the shop should help me with the cost of the repair since I had spend one hour on the boat and over 2k in repairs. I wasn’t sure if they knowingly sold me a boat with a major problem, but someone knew it was broken. I reached out to the salesman and got the runaround. I was told many times "it was up to the owners" if they would help me out with the repair. I offered to pay half and they would pay half which I thought was more than fair... nothing. I texted, called, texted and texted and waited.... nothing. I told the shop I was open to negotiation, and that I would even be open to a new surfboard, anything… NOTHING… I guess if you buy a boat from this shop, you had better pray it’s perfect, because if it’s not you are on your own, they WILL NOT help you or even negotiate. THEY WILL NOT, THEY DO NOT CARE. I really wish this could have ended differently, all I wanted was a little consideration, a little interest in my satisfaction, a little customer service. I wasn’t asking for them to take the boat back, I wasn’t asking for them to pay for the entire repair, I wasn’t asking for much, but I got less than that, I GOT NOTHING. I would look to a more supportive shop for your next purchase."

"GREAT STAFF! I visited the shop after visiting their competitors, they were more than willing to take the time and help me get my 2016 Mastercraft back on the water after hitting some wood in the water. I called them and they told me to come down the same day! I didn't have to miss any lake days! Even tho it was as simple as a prop replacement, they took the time to help! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and fix. Now my boat runs even better than before with the prop upgrade! Thanks"
