"Can't thank Canyon Marine enough for doing such a great job on my boat motor. I called and talked with Kasey in the Service Department to find out if my suspicions about the boats impeller and oil were correct. Because of Canyons workload and my needs, I used a local mobile marine mechanic the previous year. Based on hours of use (hour meter), it was concluded that the impeller and motor oil were not replaced by the mobile mechanic even though I was charged for it. With the exception of the impeller, I service my boat every year regardless of hours used. I can only guess the previous mechanic figured because the oil looked good there was little chance of a problem occurring before the next service. Canyon Marine worked me in and checked everything out, diagnosing the issues and making the necessary corrections. Kasey completed the work thoroughly and quickly and didn't break the bank. "Absolutely would NEVER recommend!!! AVOID for all Minn Kota repair work! Took our Minn Kota Trolling Motor 36V Ulterra to them to fix the Auto stow. Less than 30 minutes on the water and dead again would not auto stow. We have taken it to them twice once in the dead of winter to give them plenty of time to take to trouble shoot it and figure out what was wrong. It appears they did nothing though they charged us a pretty penny. Now we are stuck going on vacation without a working trolling motor. Absolutely would NEVER recommend!!!"
