"I had a very scary incident happen towing our trailer home from Donnley Idaho. Had a wheel bear explode that caused it to seize and wheel caught fire and broke off the axle. Well when it broke off it tore up the whole rear of the trailer. Dennis at Bobby combs took care of me. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is cuz I haven't seen what it looks like back together yet. $14,000 in damages. Dennis originally told me 4-6 wks for parts then time to put back together and it was completely done in around a month. When it was done, I was out of town during holidays so I couldn't pick it up. Then the weather came and still haven't had chance to get it. Dennis has worked with me while I tried to find new storage as well. I thank Dennis for this whole process. Very polite and patient to work with. Thank you!"

"Bobby Combs restored my faith in RV repair. They received my rv after it had been at another repair shop for 4 months and that repair shop either wasn't able to fix the warranty items or did such a por repair that the RV was in worse shape than before the original repair was done. Chris at Bobby Combs was strait forward with what they would be able to fix and what needed to be done at a different facility. They made all the repairs that needed to be done and worked with the manufacturer to do several other repairs that were nessisary because of damage done by the original repair shop. I will definitely bring my RV back when repairs are needed again."

They made sure everything was working properly and fixed after I had already committed to buying, things that I didn't even know needed fixed. The pricing was fair and the tech spent time with us making sure we understood how everything worked, he even ran to the store to get oil to fix a squeak in the slide out before we left. I really can't say enough, shop here you won't be disappointed!"

"LADIES!! This review is for you. I’m the first person to admit that I know NOTHING about fixing an RV. I’ve been to Bobby Combes RV Center in Caldwell, Idaho, several times needing to repair my RV (mostly small things, but two really big things). They are close by my RV park, so they are a very convenient stop. The service, sales, and parts department employees have always been incredibly helpful. Not only can they decipher my problems and the parts I need to fix the problem from my uneducated descriptions, but also provide simplified instructions for me to “do-it-yourself.” WOW!! They were also very helpful when my problems definitely stretched beyond my personal capabilities. They provided me options for fixing it and gave me an accurate quote for the costs associated with it. I’m certain dealing with clueless individuals can be difficult, but these gentlemen and ladies treated with me respect and a smile…every time. So, ladies, if you want to go to a place where you will be treated kindly and provided excellent customer service with a side of “You can do it!”, I’d suggest Bobby Combes RV Center in Caldwell.
