"i would give the store itself, five stars. the staff on the other hand, zero. the gal working was extremely rude, spoke a total of 3 words and made everything seem like an inconvenience. maybe don’t charge your customers full price for broken or used items and they wouldn’t have to come in asking for help. she didn’t say a word when we walked in, when we asked for a refund and swap, and then proceeded to ignore and take phone calls in the middle of the transaction, all while not helping at all. i don’t usually post reviews, but either find employees who engage and help your customers, or teach them basic people skills."

I just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge these two for their excellence.
