He was very rude and unprofessional. He said the value was $80,000. I then called another local realtor and he came out and ended up listing it and selling for $150,000+ I could have potentially lost out on over $70,000, do your research. This company needs to be shut down."

"NO STARS for Four Stars Real Estate. My handicapped brother is having to fight for his approximately $1000 deposit from this business. My brother hired and paid out of his own pocket to install underground water system for watering the lawn, he paid to have a new toilet installed, he hired out for lawn care and paid for cleaning services twice weekly. He had no pets and lived alone. No damage was done to this house. This business is too hard to deal with, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE."

"I was within ten days of closing and the lender, (Kara Currey from First Colony Mortgage) messed up with my loan which had already been approved). The seller had accepted my offer but the appraisal later came in lower than my offer. In a case like this, you need to renegotiate the offer because the lender will only give a loan on what the house is appraised at. Obviously, Martin Justus. who represented myself and the seller had another buyer whose loan would go through easier than mine. He called me and told me that if I tried to renegotiate at the appraised price and my loan didn't go through, that I would lose my $1,000 earnest money. I didn't want to lose this, so I did what Martin Justus suggested and terminated my contract. The next day I saw that he had sold the house to someone else and that he had lied about the earnest money. I actually wouldn't have lost it if I renegotiated and didn't get financing, even though I had already qualified for the loan. I suggest you stay far away from Martin Justus (Four Star Real Estate) and the lender he suggested to me, Kara Currey from First Colony Mortgage. They are both very unprofessional, they blatantly lie and they seriously lack the ability to complete real estate transactions."
