After we notified them of the issue, it was corrected promptly. A few weeks later we noticed the water heater was leaking. The water heater was replaced within 24 hours. "Absoloutly horrible. Was next in line for a rental, paid the app fee, turned in my app, they said everything was good to go, to call back the next day to finalize. I called and a woman answered. The previous day I had spoke with a man named Harley. She was absoloutly the most rude and unapologetic person I had ever spoken to, as she proceeded to tell me it is rented out. I asked to speak with Harley. She told me he is not here today. Hung up. I called back and who else answers but Harley. He claims he doesn't remember speaking with me, or much less who I am. He then proceeds to hangup. I am now out more money, and out a place for me and my little girl. I will never step foot anywhere near this establishment ever again."
