"Signage on layaway policy is extremely vague, we were told it’s a 20% restock fee of what was put down on the firearm but instead got charged 20% of the entire firearm, it’s ridiculous! All the sign says is a 20% restock fee, but of course they find anyway to bend you over backwards. Also the guy helping us had to call 2 separate people to even figure out how to do it and we had to stand there for 30 minutes. I understand having a policy but $260 just to walk across the store to put it on a shelf is crazy, hopefully they put the money towards gym memberships if it’s really that expensive to take 20 steps. My recommendation is sticking to buying your firearms from somewhere like Boise Black Rifle where the employees are actually knowledgeable and helpful."
