"Water park is no longer included, we've been there half a dozen times with the water park included. I understand things change, but maybe posting that on the website would be helpful. Charged for an early check in to get the "discounted" water park tickets, which only gave us a couple hours at the water park for $25 a person. Then was told we couldn't get discounted tickets on our check out day. Too many policy changes make it not worth the cost at all. We won't be back."

"We had a wonderful family get together at the hotel. We were first greeted by Michelle at the front desk who far exceeded our expectations. We had to make adjustments to our reservations based on our error and she went far above the usual protocol to make sure we were happy with our rooms and location. We also had a great experience with Heather who was very accommodating when we moved rooms. She made sure we were satisfied with the rooms, having us check to assure we had enough towels, soap, etc. She truly cares about customer service. We greatly appreciate Heather and Michelle as exemplary employees of the Hampton Inn."

"My family of four spent 2 nights here recently and it was an awesome experience. Our room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs. There is a Walmart right down the road, in addition to many restaurants nearby. I love that there is a bar/restaurant at the hotel in addition to the water park connected to the hotel. Incredible place, we definitely will be coming back!"

"We are absolutely loving our stay here! We booked Friday night only and ended up getting a second stay for this evening!! The front desk help is so friendly and helpful!! The kids are loving it! The indoor water park is great too! It was a little chilly out of the water- but other then that it’s affordable and fun for everyone! Also the kitchen ladies Saturday morning were great with our kids! We sure appreciated them and the attention they gave us! Great customer service all around!! Highly impressed!"
