"I saw Dr. Mayans for my cluster headaches and I do not recommend him at all. He may be great for other issues but he either does not comprehend the severity of CH, or simply doesn't care. It was impossible to get ahold of him, or have him do anything in a timely manner. The staff acts irritated when you call often, but they don't tell you what is going on and it takes them 2 weeks to even send in a prescription. For being a severely debilitating and painful condition, they act like you're just seeking attention."

"Stay away from this practice ! Staff is so very rude. The doctors I have seen do not give a damn. Last time I was there was 2 years ago and never went back because the doctor refused to listen to me. Fast forward to this month.. A medical condition requires a visit to a neurologist. I got referred to another doctor in the practice on 10/31.. I called today, 3 weeks later because I hadn't heard from them. They refused to let me see a different Dr and said I had to see the original doctor. When I tried to explain why I didn't want want to see the original doctor she literally said it doesn't matter because it was the policy of the practice. One last thing.. the two doctors very much have a God complex. Meaning you don't know anything and they know everything just because they have two letters in front of their names."

"I was very disappointed in this office, I recently thought I had a stroke, went to the neurology clinic, Saw Dr Robert Murphy. I thought he would be a good doctor, but after that they scheduled me 3 months later. I was having a lot of symptoms and I contacted them on the portal and he never followed up, they did not help me get a walker, I really needed resources and support and they couldn't even act like they cared. I'm very disappointed in this company it's terrible and I don't recommend it. They made me track down how to get a disability walker when I just was found out that I was diagnosed with MS in my life turned upside down and they couldn't even reach out and help. They had me go through a bunch of tests and just told me on the portal that I was diagnosed with MS and didn't set up a falling appointment or anything. I do not recommend this"

"Assistant and doctor were polite & professional. Front office/billing seem incompetent. Overcharges for copay and then we're terribly rude about it, the billing clerk seemed deeply offended I had the audacity to ask her if a refund would be issued or applied to the balance. And I quote "it was already applied to the balance, it doesn't matter about the overcharge because you owe more" Umm...yes the overcharge should matter, you should do your job properly. And I was just making sure....sheesh"
