"I’m surprised that the lady on the right with glasses when you walk in has a job at all. She is very rude & disrespectful. When you walk into a medical office, you expect them to actually care for your health. She clearly does not, I quickly noticed she was annoyed the second I walked in. I would not recommend them at all."
"First they wanted me to pay approx $1500 out of pocket to even have the MRI done, even though it was due to a car accident and I have health insurance. Then they lie and say they submitted a claim to health insurance only to find out that they are lying and haven't submitted anything. The worst part was the prep for the MRI with contrast. I have a HIGH pain tolerance. But this process led me to tears because of the pain. They couldnt find the correct location for the needle to administer the contrast in my shoulder so they had to reposition the needle at least 10 different times, and at one point they hit bone. I cried out and had tears streaming down my face. That's when they finally decided to being in a REAL Dr to do it who got it on the first try. Not to mention that they don't tell you how much you would have to pay out of pocket (totally disregarding your copay) until the day of the appointment. And the front desk lady, I think her name was Jamie, is EXTREMELY rude and has no place working in customer service. Seems to me that she has had a lot of complaints. Never again!!!"
"The technician that did the MRI was great, but that was where the customer service ended. Billing continued to charge me almost 2x what my MRI out of pocket is through my insurance. After multiple calls back and forth my Insurance company sent information to them verifying my out of pocket fee of $300 and they refused to adjust how they billed it or my cost. 2 ** only because the the people actually providing the service were kind. Would not recommend."
"They did not follow the correct order and did not do the right MRI. The front desk is rude and unhelpful. They are running people in and out of there like herds of cattle. Like its a competition to see how many people they can get done in a day and how much money they can make."
"My experience getting the actual MRI was ok, but the customer service was the worst. I have a medical sharing plan - it's not technically insurance, but for the 6+ years I've used thus coverage, no Healthcare office or facility has had any trouble understanding or using it. It always bills just like insurance, and I told them that at my MRI appointment. They kept telling me it didn't and wouldn't let me keep my appointment unless I paid the upfront out of pocket cost and signed the form saying I was self-pay. I waited so long for my MRI which I needed to show the herniated disc in my spine that was compressing my sciatic nerve. Anyone who has dealt with that injury or chronic nerve pain before understands how excruciating it is and how important it is to get the MRI. A neurosurgeon or even pain specialists won't even see you until you have images for them. All that to say, they billed me that night for self-pay and billed my health share company as well. I've been calling for months to get it straightened out. All I ever got was excuses and the run around. Nobody wants to admit they handled it incorrectly. My medical share plan had a pre-set write-off agreement that was about $300 less than what I paid up front. Not only have they refused to refund me, they say they billed my medical share company as a courtesy to me. Terrible management and customer service. Steer clear. They take advantage of people at their weakest, and that is despicable."
