"Great stay, room was nice and clean. King size bed was nice no sag in the middle. The water didn't get very hot in the shower. The breakfast was subpar. We got there at 6am but the hot stuff was not hot. No waffle mix out. The eggs tasted salty. The gravy tasted like watered down flour. The water was good. The coffee that was sitting when we arrived tasted better then the fresh coffee in the morning."

"Housekeeping kept knocking on my door every 5 minutes from 8 am until I finally left. Even though do not disturb sign was on door and they wewe asked to leave me alone."

"The good: Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, allows pets The bad: toilet rocked back and forth, the floor near the bathroom had grout popping out and the floor flexed like there was water damage in the past. Had to close the lid of the toilet before flushing otherwise you would end up shooting “stuff” back out at you. Breakfast- probably the worst I have ever had at a Hampton. Warm options were sausage patties and cut up wheat toast that was meant to serve as French toast sticks? The oatmeal, had a layer of water on top and when stirred up the oats were still hard, like they may have forgot to start heating it up? The only real option for protein was hard boiled eggs, already peeled and looked like they were days old."

"They were very rude at my stay. I checked in and I saw that the rooms had not been cleaned! They were reluctant to clean my room and told me if I wanted another room they would charge me extra. They also made me pay extra to charge my Tesla but when I had called earlier they told me it was free for guests… definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"My room, while I could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned, smelled terrible like a strong acrid cleaner or old cigarette smoke. Digital keys and card readers have not been working. I had to get a new key card every day, often not able to enter the building from the side of the building because my card was not working multiple times. I travel for work constantly and this is one of the worst Hilton experiences I have had. I’m writing this while standing in line to try to get a new (working) door key card….again. I’ve spent 40 minutes standing here while the front desk agent has answered the phone multiple times, while guests in person stand here waiting. Just trying to get into my room at the end of a long work day."
