"Casey Flynn, the store manager, just did a huge favor for me today! Our Airbnb is outside their service boundaries so I had to order a hot tub cover from a different company. I needed a second company‘s estimate to prove to insurance that the cost was justified. Casey knew I wouldn’t be ordering a hot tub cover from them because of limitations, but he offered to write up a full estimate for me and email it to me. I was honestly blown away! If they have that kind of customer service for people that aren’t even their customers, I can only imagine what they are willing to do for their actual clients. I recommend them fully!"
