"Amanda Bragdon was a nightmare as a property manager. The house we rented through her appeared nice. This was at 4854 Cavendish Hwy, Lenore, ID. However, there was a sewer smell from a septic problem and a bug infestation that was not disclosed up front. The septic problem was never fixed and she claimed that was not uncommon and that the house she lived in as a kid had the same problem. We moved out months ago but she has ignored repeated requests for a response regarding our deposit. She comes across as very nice but don't let that fool you."
