"Didn't have a liquor license renewal and this is summer time so I'm sure the business took a big hit, it was nice to pull up and dock on the boat and have food, but not having a beer or wine kinda sucked, food was pretty good."
"Restaurant only: it was ok, mediocre flavor, slow service (short staff), no alcohol due to liquor license delays. Great view in the evening shade though."
"We’ve rented pontoon boats here a number of times. The staff is always very friendly. The boats are comfortable and well maintained. They have a pretty good beer selection and the food and setting is pretty stellar. We will definitely be back! Try a huckleberry daiquiri while you’re there!"
"We did not stay at the resort, our experience had to do with the restaurant. I had gone there with my grandmother because we had initially see the listings for the watercraft rentals and figured we would eat lunch while we were there. The restaurant was not very busy, a couple of groups on the roof deck that were already eating and a few tables on the main outdoor eating area, most already served. Our server was quick with taking and bringing our drink orders, about 10 minutes, but after we placed our food order we were left sitting at our spot for about an hour for a flatbread pizza and a brisket sandwich. A sandwich which, we had been told by others was incredible and “to die for” according to our server. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was expecting tender, smokey meat with a nice bark. What I ended up with instead tasted like roast beef or prime rib that had been soaking in au-jus. To hear that they smoked their own meat in-house was a surprise, as I would not have been able to guess from the poor quality I just had eaten. I ate it anyways as I had mentioned, we had waited an hour and I was hungry, but for the quality of food and service, our total bill of $68 was for the view, not the experience."
"This was my first time here and it was awesome. Perfect way to end a day and relax near the water in the shade. Really just came to drink but ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich and was super pleasantly surprised, so good. Quality definitely worth the price. Same for the pasta salad that came with it. This will definitely be a go to chill spot for me this summer."
