"I have received 4 unsolicited phone calls from this company in the past 3 months claiming that I had won a prize from a random drawing. Having no knowledge of this, the marketer assured me that I must have forgotten that I entered the drawing and tried to continue with the call. I then specify that they are calling on a business number, which I never use for anything but business and would certainly not use on a contest entry. They continue to argue and then finally hang up on me. Having a history with this company, I am not surprised that they ignore the DNC list, of which I am a part of, in an attempt to peddle their expensive basically-a-timeshare resort plans. I'm of the opinion that if they are deceitful from the beginning, then I'd be a fool to enter into any contract with them."
