She got extremely defensive and told me she felt she had already done a walk through (referring to when that same friend looked at the house to see if it would meet my needs) and didn’t see the need to spend anymore of her or my friends’ time. So then she sends me an email (after I’ve got a payment on the way and ordered my belongings to be delivered) that she feels ‘we’ will not be a good fit. So she rented the house to someone else. All over a request to have a list of existing conditions."
