"I have lived at my home that KWI manages for 4 years. They are easy to deal with, rent is fair. When things brake in the house it gets fixed right away. They also send out the right ppl for the job. Kwi has a Maintenance crew but when it comes to Electrical or plumbing issues they don't hesitate to call professional to fix it. They do one year Inspection and always work with are schedules to make it easy for us. I'm every impressed with this management company."

"I contacted KWI via Craigslist regarding a rental I was interested in. I was told by Alicia to “review” the tenant screening and then “check back” next week. Four days later the listing was removed from the website, so I contacted the office (which was the following week on a Monday). My response? “The house has been rented.” Period. Um… no explanation? No apologies for the poor communication? No I will keep you updated with similar properties… very bizarre. At least I know I dodged a bullet!"

"Great place to live and start a family. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The leasing agents were nice and friendly. I felt safe and secure and comfortable knowing the police were just a call away and a stones throw away from Resers market and pharmacy. Thanks KWI for a great stay. I might look KWI up again and reapply for an apartment if I ever move back to Spokane."

"It's taken me a minute to want to post a review of kwi management team. The house was great outstanding place to live in. Maintenance team outstanding service and prompt and professional. The kwi management team. Very questionable unprofessional behavior. Rude and very disrespectful. We always felt like were being spied upon every time we got a picture of the grass from kwi management. We took care of the grass at our expense. Beware renters when signing a lease for it will be your responsibility to take care of all of the lawn and it's needs out of your pocket$$$. Kwi would send pictures of the grass complaining that we where not taking care of the grass. Here is two pictures of the grass. One picture is it's green when we took care of the lawn and the brown grass is the way it looks now. Kwi was on us about the grass and now kwi has let the grass die."
