"At first they seem like great apartments. I lived there for 3 Yrs. Flooring was the cheapest carpet they could have put in. tac strips were exposed from day one. Weird bumps under the carpet. And was told nothing could be done about it while we are in the unit. So 3 Yrs go by with this terrible carpet. We have our annual walk through, then about 2 month after we get a call from miracle down at the office saying they are not going to renew my lease because of unnatural wear and tear. So what ever we move out last week, displaces from our home and forced to move out of state due to the rental issues in post falls. I get a call from post falls police department at 12am my time for a wellness check on my kids…. Miracle from the office called in a child wellness check on us!! Cops showed up in my new state the next morning. We are fine and not in trouble, the police men that came were very nice and respectful. Saw the children are in good health and good environment. So keep in mind if you rent here these people will Harass you even when you move out. And I expect to get 0 dollars of my 1600 deposit back from them too."

"We went through Miracle for renting our apartment. She is super nice and make the progress fast and easy! The apartment placement in postfalls feels safe. Everything in is nice looking in our apartment. We cant hear our neighbors on either side of us. The only thing I wish they had were elevators..we are on the third floor and It sucked packing everything to up the stair cases. Other then that its definitely worth living here!"

"For a first time renter they made the move in process so easy. Their staff was extremely friendly and was very patient with my fiancé and I. They walked us through everything slowly and no matter how many phone calls a day, emails, or text messages they were there to help. We absolutely love our little home and plan on staying for awhile. The apartments are very cozy! We absolutely love this complex."
