Altura Apartments

"I have lived at Altura for four years now, and it’s the best complex I have ever stayed at . I love my unit that overlooks downtown , and the fact that Altura has secure entry points and a security crew that can be called at anytime and are around at night . Adding to that , the people who work at Altura are truly amazing, they care about the building tenants and are always very kind. Shoutout to Steve Harding; one of the awesome maintenance staff, but also probably the friendliest person you will meet . He’s been a great friend and has always been willing to help when something arises ."

"We are going into our 2nd year here at tha Altura Apartments in Spokane, Washington. It has been a great first apartment for us. the maintenance crew Steve and Stephen is amazing and always willing to help when needed! We appericate them so much. The office manager Seth is also very helpful, nice and willing to go the extra mile to help out. We personally have had little to no issue here."

"I've been a resident for a few years- I thank ownership and management for consistently prioritizing their residents and making Altura such a great place to live. I picked Altura first for my dog..! The building is made out of cement, which eliminates the noise you'd worry about downtown. The interior design is great, I have new laminate wood floors (most apartments differ). There's like 7 new front load washers, and 7 more new front load dryers in the laundry center. Property management's always done a fine job. Steve, who heads maintenance really owns his culture of making sure his property and people are taken care of. Thanks Altura Spokane for the great stay!"

"The location is great and the staff is amazing. Amy, the apartment manager, is awesome and seems to have a great relationship with the other tenants. I've overheard on multiple occasions other residents talk about how awesome she and Steve (the maintenance guy) are to potential renters who were checking the place out, so I know it's not just my opinion. The staff brings a very cozy, family-like feel to the Chateaux which is very uncommon in the world of apartment living."

"If you are looking for a place to move in, The Chateaux Apartments are the place to stay! It is only a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Spokane and is 5 minutes away from Gonzaga University. Amy (the manager) is extremely nice and communicates well to people who are staying at the apartments. She really does care about her residents and does everything she can to make them feel comfortable. Another great asset these apartments have is Steve who does all the maintenance. He works great with the residents and also really cares about the people who stay there. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed!"
